This chart of teh Greek alphabet provides ALT codes that you can enter into a variety of platforms, Mac and PC programs when the character isn't available on the keyboard.
Here is the letters in the Greek alphabet in the correct order: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, Theta, Iota, Kappa, Lambda, Mu, Nu, Xi, Omicron, Pi, Rho, Sigma, Tau, Upsilon, Phi, Chi, Psi, and Omega.

How to type special Greek letters by using their Alt Codes?
- Make sure you switch on the NumLock,
- press and hold down the Alt key,
- type the Alt Code value of the special Greek letter, for example, for beta, type 225 on the numeric pad,
- release the Alt key and you got β.
*You must type, preceding 0.
** Above mentioned procedure is not aplicable for MacOS.
